Imagine getting married on the shores of Lake Washington, exchanging wedding vows as the sun sets on the water, the sky cast in a perfect golden glow. Then sit down to a magnificent Pacific Northwest dinner. Dance the night away in the cocktail-style setting of our Lake Washington room.
We have a wonderful variety of reception and banquet rooms to accommodate guests up to 250 people. Our Olympic Terrace tent, with a spectacular white canopy and glowing chandeliers, is a spectacular setting for ceremonies. The Marina Room has a private outdoor veranda, ideal for hosting a sunset cocktail hour. All of our rooms have magnificent lakefront views, making the Woodmark a beautiful spot for weddings.
Lake Washington Room: Juanita Bay, Moss Bay & Yarrow Bay
Ideal for a formal gathering in the Seattle area, the Lake Washington Room provides the event facilities for elaborate meetings, banquets and social events. This versatile room may be used in its entirety for large events or divided in three sections for more intimate functions or breakout sessions.
Marina Room and Bayshore Room
These distinctive banquet rooms are ideal for receptions, social functions, daytime meetings or dinners. Located across the Plaza from the hotel, each room offers an impressive view of Carillon Point's stately marina through floor-to-ceiling windows. Weather permitting, the terrace provides a popular option for outdoor entertainment.
Olympic Terrace Tent (April through October)
The Seattle skyline makes a stunning backdrop for outdoor events making the Olympic Terrace a favorite location for luncheons, dinners, receptions and festive gatherings for up to 200 people. This elegant canopied tent offers the necessary comforts for entertaining outdoors in the Northwest. Heaters and transparent wall panels are provided to enjoy the view of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains during inclement weather.
Boardrooms: Vashon & Bainbridge
Need a venue for a business meeting or function in the Seattle WA area? Consider holding a private dinner, strategic planning session or executive meeting in one of two professional boardrooms at The Woodmark Hotel. Each boardroom offers expansive views and direct lakeside terrace access and is equipped with a 60” screen, whiteboard, cordless / speaker telephone and built-in wet bar with refrigerator. The "ultra tech" Vashon Room is equipped with a 63" flat-panel display with "show me" technology and a boardroom table with integrated connectivity to AV equipment.
