Reserving Your Date:
Yarrow Bay Grill Catering is available seven days a week. A non-refundable $1,000. Deposit confirms your reservation with us and is applied to the balance of your event.
Minimums:
A $1,000. food and beverage minimum applies to all catered out events. A $200. food minimum applies to all food picked up by the client at our location.
Payment:
A credit card is required to be on file in Yarrow Bay Grill’s Catering office no later than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event. At this time, the card will be charged for the estimated amount due, minus the deposit and estimated beverage charges. All remaining charges or adjustments will be processed on the same credit card the next business day following your event.
Staffing:
Our professional staff will be on hand to assist you in making your event a memorable and exciting experience, while allowing you to enjoy time with your guests. Yarrow Bay Grill will determine the proper amount of staff to suit your needs for your special event. Staffing is always an estimate and will vary depending on the final menu selections, guest count and confirmed details.
Lead Server: $22. per hour
Servers: $20. per hour
Bartenders $20. per hour
Chef $22. per hour
Staff is charged per hour, portal to portal, with an estimated three hours for set up and clean up. Gratuity is left to your discretion.
Delivery:
A $100. delivery fee will apply.
