The Bayshore Room is available for private parties seven days a week. A non-refundable 500. deposit for a daytime event, and a 1,000. deposit for an evening event confirms your reservation and is applied to the balance of your event.
Capacity
The Bayshore Room is perfect for groups of up to 50 guests for a plated meal or buffet. During the summer months, we can accommodate up to 100 guests for cocktails and open houses, using the private patio.
A daytime event is available for 3 hours and an evening event is available for 4 hours. Additional hours may be available at 100. per hour. The Bayshore Room closes at 12:00 am.
Set-up Fee
Daytime: 125.
Evenings: (after 5:00 p.m.) 195.
Minimums In addition to the set-up fee, a food and beverage minimum amount applies to all events.
Daytime Events (Monday-Sunday): 750.
Evening Events: (Sunday- Thursday) 1,200.
Evening Events: (Friday & Saturday) 1,650.
December Evenings: (Sunday-Thursday) 1,500. (Friday-Saturday) 2,000.
Menu Selections
We ask that your menu be completed 14 days prior to your event. For a plated event, you may choose up to four (4) entrée choices to be offered to your guests at the event. Buffet offerings may be arranged as well. *Please note that all prices are subject to change.
Guarantees
A guaranteed number of guests is required three - (3) business days prior to your event. At this time we require your exact menu counts.
Payment Terms
A credit card is required to be on file in the Yarrow Bay Grill Catering Office no later than three (3) business days prior to scheduled event. At this time, the card will be charged for the estimated amount due, minus the deposit and estimated beverage charges. All remaining charges or adjustments will be processed on the same credit card on the next business day following your event.
Sales Tax and Gratuity
Our menu prices do not include Washington State Sales tax or gratuity. A sales tax of 9.0% will be applied to all non-food and beverage charges, and the service charge. A 9.5% sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage totals. Our service charge is 20% on food and beverage totals.

Carillon Point offers ample parking for your guests. Please discuss your needs with your planner.
